Follow the official SureFix Facebook business page. This is mandatory — you must be following the page before your entry is valid.
Film yourself installing a SureFix bracket using the SureFix drillbit and setting tool. Post the video to your own Facebook business page and tag @SureFix in the post. The clock starts when the drill touches the wall. Under 30 seconds to qualify.
Share this competition page to your Facebook. The more people who see it, the bigger the challenge gets. Rich & Alex review all tagged entries and confirm the times.
HOW IT WORKS.
Your install must be completed in under 30 seconds. The clock starts when the drill touches the wall and stops when the bracket is fully set and fixed. Must use the SureFix drillbit and setting tool — no alternatives. Entries must be submitted via the SureFix Facebook group.
The single fastest qualifying time each calendar month wins £100. In the event of a tie, the earliest submission wins. Rich & Alex are the final judges on all entries.
Gloves and safety glasses must be worn throughout the install. If working at height, both installer and camera operator must be fully secured. Any entry showing unsafe working practices will be disqualified.
You must follow the SureFix Facebook page and share the competition post on your Facebook business profile before your entry is valid. One entry per person per month. UK trade only. 18+.

1. Eligibility
1.1. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
1.2. The Competition is strictly trade-only. It is open to professional bricklayers, roofers, gutter installers, and construction tradespeople.
1.3. Employees of Surefix (Midlands) Limited, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
1.4. By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. SureFix may require proof of eligibility.
2. How to Enter
2.1. The Competition runs from the date of launch until 23:59 on 31st March 2027 (the "Competition Period").
2.2. To enter, entrants must:
- Follow the official SureFix Facebook page.
- Like and share the official Competition post on their Facebook business profile. This step is mandatory — entries without a verified share will be disqualified.
- Film a continuous video of themselves installing a genuine SureFix screw-in rise & fall gutter bracket (the "Install Video").
- Post the Install Video link (from Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok) to the official SureFix Facebook group.
2.3. A maximum of one entry per person per calendar month is permitted.
3. Video & Installation Requirements
3.1. The Product: The install must use a genuine SureFix screw-in rise & fall gutter bracket.
3.2. The Tools: The install must use the official SureFix depth stop drillbit and the SureFix setting tool. No alternative, modified, or improvised tools are permitted.
3.3. The Wall: The install must be performed into a solid masonry wall (brick, block, stone, or render). The wall must not have pre-drilled holes or pre-inserted wallplugs.
3.4. The Video: The Install Video must be a single, continuous, unedited take. No cuts, transitions, or time-lapses are permitted. The tools, wall, bracket, and installer must remain clearly visible in the frame at all times.
3.5. The Timing: The installation must be completed in under 30 seconds to qualify. The clock starts the exact moment the drill bit touches the wall and stops the exact moment the bracket is fully set and fixed in position.
3.6. Health & Safety: Safety glasses and protective gloves must be worn throughout the installation. If the installation is carried out at height (e.g., from a scaffold, platform, or ladder), both the installer and the camera operator must be fully secured and working in accordance with standard site safety regulations. SureFix reserves the right to disqualify any entry that demonstrates unsafe working practices.
4. Judging & Winner Selection
4.1. All entries will be reviewed and verified by Rich & Alex (the "Judges").
4.2. Monthly Winner: The entrant with the single fastest verified qualifying time in each calendar month will win the Monthly Prize.
4.3. In the event of a tie, the entrant who submitted their video earliest in the month will be declared the winner.
4.4. The decision of the Judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
5. The Prizes
5.1. Monthly Prize: There is one prize of £100 cash available each calendar month during the Competition Period.
5.2. The Monthly Prize will be paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account in the winner's name within 14 days of the end of the respective calendar month.
5.3. Grand Final: The 10 fastest verified installers across the entire Competition Period will be invited to SureFix HQ for a live head-to-head final on 1st April 2027. Full details and prize structure for the Grand Final will be announced separately.
5.4. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no alternative is offered.
6. Winner Notification
6.1. Monthly winners will be announced in the SureFix Facebook group and contacted via direct message within 7 days of the end of the month.
6.2. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and SureFix may select the next fastest qualifying entrant.
7. Data Protection & Marketing Use
7.1. By entering the Competition, entrants grant Surefix (Midlands) Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, store, re-format, and sub-licence the Install Video and the entrant's name for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across all media channels (including but not limited to social media, website, and print).
7.2. Personal data supplied during the course of this Competition will only be processed as set out in SureFix's Privacy Policy.
8. General
8.1. SureFix reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
