1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the SureFix website (surefix.netlify.app). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. SureFix Ltd, Company Registration Number: [TO BE ADDED].

2. Products

All products sold through this website are manufactured by SureFix Ltd and dispatched from SureFix HQ. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith. Images are representative and may vary slightly from the physical product due to screen calibration.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated based on parcel weight and displayed before payment. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders and Payment

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed
• You will receive an email confirmation with your order details
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

5. Delivery

• All orders are dispatched from SureFix HQ within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday)
• Delivery is via ParcelForce Tracked 48
• Delivery times are estimated at 2–3 working days from dispatch
• We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

Please see our Returns Policy for full details. In summary:

• 30-day return window from date of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Return postage is at the buyer’s expense
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

The SureFix screw-in rise and fall gutter bracket system is protected by:

8. Limitation of Liability

SureFix Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed. Products must be installed in accordance with building regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
